Quarter-fold cards and tri-fold cards can be made using a plain piece of computer paper (white, or any color). For quarter-fold, fold the paper in half, and then half again. For a tri-fold card, fold the paper accordion style, with two folds, to make three "panels." The tri-fold card will fit in a standard #10 (business envelope). Step 1.

Make a basic quarter-fold card out of a single piece of computer paper (8-1/2 x 11).

Here are three ideas for a Mother's Day card for a Mom, a Grandma, or a Step-Mom. Use regular computer paper or card stock to make these cards.
