Quarter-fold cards and tri-fold cards can be made using a plain piece of computer paper (white, or any color). For quarter-fold, fold the paper in half, and then half again. For a tri-fold card, fold the paper accordion style, with two folds, to make three "panels." The tri-fold card will fit in a standard #10 (business envelope).
