instructions for this craft in the article that accompanies these
illustrations (link shown above). You'll need:
All materials that you see here (other than the baby rattle clipart) were purchased at Michael's Craft Store. Total cost (not counting the cost of wire cutters) is about $10. |

Cover the half circle or block of styrofoam with tulle, netting, or tissue paper. Gather at the ends and tie off with curl ribbon.

Print the clipart on
postcards or card stock. As shown, you will need 2 cards of each number
so that the table decoration can be put in the middle of the table, and
seen from both sides. The clipart will be secured to wooden floral picks or pieces of wire stem. |
||

Although I originally used only a glue stick, I ended up securing one side of the clipart to the wooden floral pick with masking tape.

Assemble the clipart
secured to the picks or wire stems. Note: Since you will want the table decoration to be in the middle of the table, you'll have to paste a number 3 to the back side of number 1, and number 1 to the back side of number 3. Paste the two number 2 cards together. This way when you stick the card picks in the foam, it will read 1-2-3 on both sides.
|
||

Insert the picks or wire
stems into the foam. You can decorate with other baby shower items as desired. |
